Delivery

Prices include the cost of postage and packaging to addresses within the UK mainland. These will be despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery. These packages are guaranteed delivery before 12.00 noon the day following despatch. All the corsets available to view on this site are in stock, so you can expect to receive your corset within two days of notice of receipt of your order. If you are in a hurry please back up your online order with a phone call.Orders from outside the UK will be quoted individually. Please contact us by e-mail. Payment will be collected at the time of dispatch.

Returns

Please choose your corset carefully as a small company refunding items causes us much difficulty.We advise that if you are in any doubt about the quality or fit of our designs that you visit a stockist (more will become available in time) or seek reasurance from the Hall of Fame page.

Please follow the sizing instructions carefully before placing your order. If you are in any doubt about which size you should choose please call us in person, on +44 (0)7703 398253. Any returns due to faulty workmanship will be addressed within 28 days of purchase as long as the garment is returned un-used. Payment will either be refunded in full or another item will be sent as a replacement. The corsets are made in small, limited edition batches and so it may not always be possible to replace the garment immediately with one that is identical in design. Customers will need to contact us directly for advice and we will do everything we can to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
